Mama + Babe Groups
** Announcement ** Classes are meeting online via ZOOM unless noted as IN PERSON.
Your parenting village starts here.
Navigate the first year of motherhood with a little more fun, grace, and know-how during this unique program mindfully created for new (and experienced!) moms and their little ones.
Mama + Babe is designed to enrich your life with your babe and help you enjoy the (sometimes bumpy) journey of motherhood with an emphasis on current best practices and mindful parenting approaches. This weekly group will calm your new parent worries about “getting it right,” and help you feel informed and confident about making choices for you, your baby, and your family. Classes include songs and movement, guidance around play, as well as education, support, and effective parenting techniques.

More about Mama + Babe
Throughout the Mama + Babe program, you’ll develop strong bonds with other mothers while your babies enjoy a rich social experience. Moms will connect with other moms with babies of the same age, and the developmentally appropriate topics will be customized for each group by a child development specialist. You’ll get specific guidance around developmental play, regulating your baby’s sleep routine, breast and bottle feeding, separation anxiety, self-esteem, language development, and so much more!
Groups Are Age-Specific
We will help match you in a group with same-aged babies. Topics will be customized for each group and developmentally paced for your baby.
Mama + Babe for 2nd Time Moms (and Beyond!)
This unique class is specifically geared toward issues facing second-time moms. Come spend a little one on one time with your newest little and connect with moms in the same boat. Topics include: handling your older child's feelings of jealousy, toddler tantrums, potty training, setting limits with empathy, and a review of baby specific topics. Classes also include songs, exercises, music, and movement, as well as education, support and effective parenting techniques.
The interaction he got with other babies, and me with other mothers, was the essential piece of the puzzle I'd been missing...”
